Refunds / Returns
Due to the consumable nature of our Glitza™ products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not provide refunds nor will we accept exchanges for any Glitza™ products.
However, in the rare event that any Glitza™ product has been proven to be incomplete or contain a manufacturing defect, we will gladly consider options to refund / replace the product to you on a case by case basis; at our sole discretion.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
To be eligible for consideration on a Glitza™ Product return, refund or replacement; we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be in original packaging, unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your inquiry is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact email@example.com for further information and instructions.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Late or missing refunds
If for any reason you fail to receive a refund, please contact your banking institution or credit card issuer.
Banking institutions and credit card providers typically require a minimum of 7 business days for processing.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
You will be responsible for any shipping costs relating to the return / exchange of your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In cases where all eligibility requirements are fulfilled to receive a refund or an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, and/ or your exchange will be shipped on COD (Cash on Delivery) terms.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping any item(s) with a value over US$75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
