    Shipping & Returns & Exchange
  • Do you ship worldwide?/ where do you not ship to?
  • We ship to various countries worldwide.  If our online store does not ship to your location, this means that GLITZA™ products are already available in your country.   Please visit the Glitza™ website for your nearest retail location.
  • Where do you ship from?
  • Shipments are typically dispatched from Hong Kong.
  • How much is the shipping cost, do I have to pay duties and taxes?
  • All costs associated with shipping, handling, duties, and taxes are automatically calculated at check out and will be included in the sale price.
  • When will my purchase ship?
  • We want your Glitza™ product to arrive as soon as possible.   In-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is processed. Pre-orders will ship on the specified date which can be found on the product page.
  • What is the average delivery time?
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the product you are ordering, your location and the shipment method.   We realize you may be eager to receive your purchase, and we will endeavor to do what we can for you to start creating with Glitza™ products as soon as possible!
  • How can I track my order?
  • Real time order tracking information is available and can be accessed with your tracking number.  The tracking number can be found in the order confirmation email you have received, or in your personal account.
  • What is your return policy?
  • Due to the consumable nature of our Glitza™ products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not provide refunds nor will we accept exchanges for any Glitza™ products. However, in the rare event that any Glitza™ product has been proven to be incomplete or contain a manufacturing defect, we will gladly consider options to refund / replace the product to you on a case by case basis; at our sole discretion. Please contact support@glitza.com for any questions, concerns, issues and ideas which you may have.  
    Payment
  • What types of payment are accepted?
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Alternatively, you can finalize your order with PayPal payment service.
  • When will my card be charged for my order?
  • It usually takes 5-7 working days for payment to be debited from your account. Please contact support@glitza.com for further information. All payment transactions are protected and managed by Stripe.
